Skillets are forged from 1/8 inch thick sheet steel. Approximately 9 inches across the top, 6 1/2 inches across the bottom, and 1 1/2 inches deep with a 10 inch handle. Skillets come pre-seasoned, and should be used and treated just like cast iron.
